RAD.

rad rad rad rad rad rad rad AWESOME!

i really can't come up with the proper words to explain how excited I am. This is one of the books (series, actually) that is such a strong part of my childhood that I got a visceral reaction where my heart jumped when I started watching the trailer. The TV version was OK, the animated version was great, and I'm really REALLY hoping that this eclipses both of them.

So now, for all you fans out there, I present,

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

master's thesis in meth

Local san diego headlines and news stories shout "A chemistry lab turned into a meth lab" makes it so cheap and tawdry. I, personally, not only think it's ballsy but brilliant. When you normally think of a meth lab, you're thinking of those random trailers out in the east county that explode every so often...they use battery acid, carpet, all kinds of random crap to keep their costs down.

this guy on the other hand used a college chemistry lab to make not only methamphetamine, but also ecstasy and fentanyl. I've never heard of fentanyl before so I looked it up...it's synthetic heroin that can be made about 100 times stronger.

This guy was getting his master's degree in chemistry.

Ok, now I'm not a big druggie or anything, but if I'm gonna get 'em, I wanna get my drugs from THAT GUY.
