blog...ego...

You ever have one of those periods of time where you don't blog for a while, and you think to yourself "man, my readers must be really upset that I don't update more often." This is an example of an overinflated blego.
I had this thought today and quickly realized that about 5 people read my blog on a regular basis.
Reality sucks.
Even worse is when you think you've created a new word, threw a "©" symbol on it, then before you hit "Publish" you google the word and find 4,010 results.
My blego is out of control.
Well, since i'm on a roll anyway, I'll share some of my most recent thoughts with you!
My blego is now satiated.

Well, since i'm on a roll anyway, I'll share some of my most recent thoughts with you!
- Free slurpees are the BOMB. Even though they're only 7.11 ounces, they're perfect for an after lunch snack.
- I type the word "they're" as "thye're" 75% of the time. Why can't my fingers all get along?
- Statistics are made up 90% of the time. I'm one of the most consistent practicers of this idiocy. I can't help it.
- The majority of Jurassic 5's songs are one set of lyrics repeated over and over again. The song starts, and you're all "damn that's fresh" and then the next stanza starts and it's the same rap and you're all "damn, isn't that the same line?" It sounds so good though, if you're stoned you don't realize it and think they're the most original lyricists in the world. Which, of course, they are, but only for short periods of time.
- Just as I'm getting used to playing goalie on my soccer team (since JD tore his ACL again), we might get another goalie for the team. Dammit, I'm just starting to have fun back there...and I bought big puffy gloves that make me look like I've got rave Mickey Mouse hands. If we don't get him though, I'm going to buy a the ugliest, shiniest keeper jersey possible to blind the attackers. Something like this.

Nina was telling me at the game last night, she knows somebody. And I quote..."He lives in Mexico though, so he might have a bit of a...uh...commute."
Don't know exactly what that means, we might have to adopt him so he can play every Monday.
